"By signing this agreement, I acknowledge my understanding of the policy as written. Refunds requested at least 10 days prior to the first day of camp will byhappily given(minus a 25% administrative fee). Refunds requested in the 10 daysprior to the first day of camp will only be considered under extenuating circumstances such as injury, illness, or family emergency.Such circumstances will require documentation and will incur a minimum of 50% administrative fee. Refunds requested 72 hoursprior to the start of camp will not be considered unless there issignificant extenuating circumstances and must be approved by the camp administrator."
